Dr. Renu is dedicated to achieving dental excellence not only for herself but also for other dentists in this field. She feels privileged to be a part of mentoring and instilling confidence in fellow practitioners, enabling them to find joy in dentistry. Over the past nine years, she has been mentoring members of the New Zealand and Australian dental associations. The invaluable experience and mutual learning derived from mentoring programs, along with feedback from her mentees, have consistently motivated her to continue providing this service.
During the mentorship programs, she realized that mentees need to fully leverage this program. Due to time constraints, they often do not have the opportunity to clarify their clinical doubts or receive support for ongoing treatment plans. This realization prompted her initiate online mentoring, allowing mentees the freedom to ask questions and to take full advantage of it with limitless possibilities.
Dr. Renu eagerly anticipates her role as Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for the Straumann Group orthodontics division and the opportunity to conduct educational programs for general practitioners.
With special interests, training and extensive experience in dentistry especially in orthodontics – training and education is provided mainly for traditional braces and clear aligners. Any guidance for surgical, aesthetic cases, pediatric cases and comprehensive treatment plans in general dentistry can be provided on demand. Dr. Renu is happy to take online referrals to provide mutual care for your patients regarding surgical extractions, implant surgeries, pediatric and anxious patients. Mentoring is done both in person and online. Education and training is done by CPD presentations and seminars and webinars. She helps dentists, dental labs, and the dental industry to create healthy and happy smiles. Dr. Renu will be with you in every aspect of the process: case selection, treatment plan, clinical procedure, case finishing.
